On the morning of December 31, the course named “Candidate evaluation” took place at Havard Room, CMC Tower. Trainer of the course was Mr. Nguyen Trong Minh, Director of Resource Development Center of CMC Corp.

A bad recruitment strategy makes company suffer from high labor cost, time-consuming training, etc. To reduce the risk of making a false recruitment decision, one of the most important things must be considered is creating suitable recruitment process for each vacancy .

To improve candidate evaluation skills of CMC staff, the course provided trainees standard knowledge in recruitment process and the way to identify the potential candidates. Meanwhile, the course offered trainees real experience examples.

Trainees of the course included recruitment executives, software engineers, leaders of technology, project management teams and center managers. There were more than 40 trainees attending the course.

Ms. To Loan – Manager of Recruitment Department shared about the course: “Interview is an irreplaceable stage in recruitment process. Developing an objective and accurate interview process is necessary for employers to seek candidates who are the closest match to the job requirements they have set for the position. Interview skill is only improved thanks to the wealth of experience. Only experience can help you to have better questions which is possible to evaluate accurately the candidates. Thus, we should learn from our mistakes then improve our skills.”
